Yes, although in some cases we may contact the buyer to gather further information to ensure the addresses we are delivering to are genuine and safe for our couriers. In some cases we may also ask for supporting documentation to be sent to us regarding proof of address.

Please note: If you are using Paypal at checkout we are not permitted to change the delivery address from the one provided at time of order.

Yes, we have on-line tracking available via UPS.  You will be provided with a tracking number and instructions by e-mail once your order has been confirmed and shipped.


Our goal is your total satisfaction.
If you’re not satisfied, neither are we. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original unopened, new condition within the return period of 30 Days and we’ll give you a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. It’s that simple. You must have a return authorization code, which you can obtain by calling 1.508.675.0381 emailing us. Your refund will be promptly processed once we have confirmed that your returned item meets these requirements.

Handling charges are equal to 10% off the total purchase price or $100, whichever is less.


The following products cannot be returned – Clearance items, items identified as non-returnable, discontinued items, hardware, opened software, electronic software downloads, books, CDs, videos, consumables, in ear buds, earplugs and headphones, cleaning products, Personal Protective Equipment, Demo Tools, All Special Orders -- both custom/special orders and items we don’t stock.

Abuse of Return Privileges
Our return policy is in place to ensure our customers don’t get stuck with the wrong tool or accessory. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who abuse or attempt to violate our return policy through practices including, but not limited to, excessive returns, attempts to return items that are no longer in brand-new condition, etc.


If the package looks damaged in any way, you can refuse the delivery or sign for it unexamined. If it has been damaged by the carrier and you have not signed unexamined we cannot be held liable or make a claim with the carrier which may result in a delay processing your new merchandise request. You must inform us immediately by e-mail or phone of any damaged goods. See our returns policy for more details.


Every product we sell is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. See the warranty link within each product page for details. It may be possible to extend this warranty with the manufacturer, details of which can be found within the items packaging or on the manufacturer’s website. Your receipt/invoice acts as your guarantee and must be provided if making a warranty claim.
